

ASUS has launched its new ExpertBook Ultra, prioritising durability in business laptops. This highlights a premium market trend favouring reliability and longevity over just speed and looks.
{alcircleadd}The ExpertBook Ultra meets MIL-STD-810H certification. It has been tested across 24 scenarios in 11 categories, including extreme temperatures, vibrations, and harsh environments. ASUS said the hinges are designed for long-term use, while the outer body can withstand high pressure.

The device is built using AZ31B magnesium-aluminium alloy, a material used in aerospace and Formula 1 applications. It sports a nano-ceramic surface rated 9H for hardness. These traits boost durability for pros in tough, on-the-go settings.
The laptop runs on the latest Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor, supported by a GPU and an integrated NPU. The lightest variant weighs 0.99 kg, making it suitable for users who prioritise portability.

The product is targeted at business leaders and professionals. ASUS Global co-CEO Samson Hu described it as a versatile device for professionals and small businesses.
Pre-orders are open on Flipkart. The base model starts at INR 1,49,990 (USD 1595.42), while higher-end variants go up to INR 2,39,990 (USD 2552.47). Sales will begin from April 29 through Flipkart and authorised retail stores.
