ANB Metal Cast Limited Company made almost INR 162.64 crores in revenue in the year 2025 with a profit of INR 10.25 crores. The company got approval from SEBI for an IPO of about INR 49.92 crores. This IPO comprises a fresh issue of INR 49.92 along with its face value of INR 10 each. The company has also set up a price band of INR 148 to INR 156 per share. Almost 1600 shares were made available for the minimum retail category in 2 lot sizes.
For the maximum retail category, focus was given on S-HNI(Minimum) that comprises of total of 2400 shares in 3 lot sizes and the S-HNI (Maximum) comprising 6400 shares in 8 lot sizes. The B–HNI minimum category comprises 7200 shares in 9 lot sizes. For investing in each category, specific investment amounts are required. For instance Minimum and maximum of INR 2,49,600 investment is required for Retail Investors. Minimum investment of INR 3,74,400 is required for Small HNI (S-HNI), Maximum Investment of INR 9,98,400 is required for S-HNI and Minimum investment of INR 11,23,200 is required for B-HNI to invest in its IPO.
