In an era where aluminium innovation and sustainability are reshaping India’s construction skyline, Aluwind Infra-Tech Limited has firmly planted its flag as a growth engine with both financial momentum and strategic clarity. The Pune-based fenestration and façade solutions provider reported a stellar 51.59 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) revenue growth in the second half of FY25, backed by expanding operations, rising urban demand and a slew of forward-looking moves that signal its evolution from a project executor to an ecosystem builder.

H2 FY25: Robust revenue, strong margins, strategic vision

In the second half of FY25, Aluwind clocked INR 6.37 billion (USD 76.7 million) in revenue, up from INR 4.21 billion (USD 50.63 million) in H2 FY24. EBITDA also rose 37.63 per cent to INR 83.47 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) surged by 53.59 per cent to INR 586.1 million (USD 7.05 million), indicating the company’s operational resilience and rising demand for aluminium-intensive infrastructure products in India’s urban clusters.

On a full-year basis, FY25 revenue hit INR 10.92 billion (USD 131.41 million), marking a 30.92 per cent Y-o-Y jump. PAT for the year stood at INR 812.1 million (USD 9.77 million), a 7.64 per cent rise over FY24, while EBITDA marginally increased by 1.51 per cent to INR 1.20 billion (USD 14.42 million).

From project delivery to platform play

Aluwind’s transformation is not just numerical — it’s structural. With a 75,000 sq. ft. facility in Pune, over 300 projects completed across 20+ cities, and 85 active sites, the company is rapidly cementing itself as a dominant player in India’s aluminium windows and façade segment.

The expansion narrative is now getting a sustainability spin.

In a strategic diversification move, Aluwind has floated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Aluwind Clean-Tech Private Limited, dedicated to professional window cleaning and facade maintenance. The new vertical will focus on AMCs and end-to-end cleaning services, offering a value-added layer to the company’s product ecosystem while deepening customer retention, marking a critical shift wherein Aluwind is not just manufacturing aluminium solutions; it’s curating lifecycle services around them.

Anchor partnership with Hindalco’s Eternia

Further strengthening its market muscle, Aluwind has been appointed the Anchor Partner for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by Hindalco Industries’ Eternia, a premium aluminium doors and windows brand. This partnership allows Aluwind to leverage Hindalco’s patented Duranium alloy—known for superior strength, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic finish — in its premium product lines.

This collaboration is not only a brand booster but also a signal of trust from India’s aluminium giant in Aluwind’s execution capacity and client network.

CNC automation and powder coating

Aluwind is also scaling its tech arsenal with the recent purchase of a 5X CNC machine to boost precision and capacity in the manufacture of sliding doors, high-spec windows, and complex façades. Its fully automatic, in-house powder coating facility adds another layer of vertical integration, ensuring top-tier surface finish, durability, and lower environmental impact.

M.M. Kabra, Managing Director of Aluwind Infra-Tech Limited, summed up the company’s roadmap with clarity and conviction, conveying, “Our continued focus on precision engineering, quality execution and customer satisfaction has allowed us to deliver high-value projects across the country. The growing adoption of innovative materials and energy-efficient systems is further enabling us to stay ahead of industry trends.”

He further added that expansion into high-growth states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Telangana is on the cards, with a robust INR 3.02 billion (USD 36.34 million) order book giving strong visibility into FY26.

Bottom line

Aluwind Infra-Tech is no longer just riding India’s construction boom—it is scripting a blueprint for aluminium-led infrastructure growth. With strategic pacts, tech upgrades, and a bold, Clean-Tech pivot, the company is reshaping its identity from a regional player to a national operator with sustainability and service at its core.

As urban India tilts toward performance façades, smart cities, and circular design, Aluwind’s clean-tech, alloy innovation, and facility enhancements could well become the standard, not the exception.
