Aluminium du Maroc to expand the number of its Board of Directors

The Moroccan aluminium company, Aluminium du Maroc, specializing in the manufacture of aluminium alloy profiles, mostly gets consumed in the building market (85%), but also covers the multiple needs of the industrial sector.

Aluminium du Maroc to expand its board of directors

The Ordinary General Assembly of Aluminum du Maroc scheduled to meet on 29^th June’20 intends to bring the number of seats on the Board of Directors to 15 instead of 11 currently. New directors will be appointed.

These are Janie Carmen Madeleine Letrot, Sabr Abou Ibrahimi and Radia Chmanti Houari, who will have a mandate of 6 years.

Two new directors will also be appointed to Aluminum du Maroc SA for a 6-year term: Francis Guillos and Abdul Hussein Beydoun.
