The commencement of an industrial pilot to demonstrate the potential of digital watermarking technologies for more precise package sorting and higher-quality recycling is part of the cross-value chain project HolyGrail 2.0. Aluflexpack packaging will be a part of the effort and bear a digital watermark that will tell recycling facilities about the packaging's composition and the process for recycling various fractions. By doing this, the company hopes to improve how product waste is managed and foster the growth of the circular economy worldwide.
