Alloy Enterprises, an investor in an additive manufacturing process for producing aluminium components based on sheets, announced the appointment of Haleyanne Freedman in the role of Director of Business Development.
Freedman will lead the company's commercial strategy, oversee the applications engineering division, generate demand, and grow the organisation's sales.

Over the past several years, Freedman has worked in additive manufacturing, primarily in the polymer industry. As a founding member of M. Holland's additive manufacturing business segment, she helped lead the company's growth.

Freedman has worked in mechanical and polymer engineering fields with experience in a wide range of printing methods and platforms. Additionally, she is Vice Chair of Women in Manufacturing and North American Women in 3D Printing Committee Chair. A member of the Society of Plastics Engineers Additive Manufacturing TIG, she serves on its Board of Directors.
