Alcoa Corporation named leader in World Index for Dow Jones Sustainability Indices
Alcoa Corporation has been named a leader in the annual Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) a recognized source for corporate responsibility and sustainability.
In its first year as an independent company, Alcoa Corporation is included in the prestigious DJSI World Index. Alcoa’s former parent company was listed as a sustainability leader for 15 consecutive years.

The Dow Jones Sustainability Indices are the longest-running benchmarks to assess the sustainability performance of the world’s largest companies. Alcoa is included as a mining and metals leader in categories such as environmental performance, corporate governance, risk and crisis management, climate strategy, human capital development, and social impact.
