Alcoa Corporation has declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.10 per common share, with the payment scheduled for August 27, 2026, as the global alumina and aluminium producer continues its shareholder returns programme.
{alcircleadd}The dividend was approved by the company's Board of Directors and will be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 11, 2026.
The announcement applies to Alcoa's common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AA) and Chess Depositary Interests (CDIs) traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: AAI). The ex-dividend date has been set for August 10, 2026.

CDI holders offered multiple payment currency options
Alcoa said eligible CDI holders will have the option to receive their dividend payments in US dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, British pounds sterling, or other supported currencies through the company's payment arrangements, provided the required currency election is submitted before the applicable deadline.
The company also confirmed that the dividend will be 100 per cent unfranked, and no Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will be available for this distribution.
In addition, Alcoa advised that non-resident shareholders may be subject to US withholding tax. However, eligible investors may qualify for a reduced withholding tax rate under applicable tax treaties after submitting the required certification.
