The BTI programmes, focussed on Mechanical and Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline, have been custom-made to suit the company’s requirements. The programmes will further improve national employees’ technical knowledge and skills.

Alba signed an agreement with BTI to develop Bahraini employees through Extended Diploma and Higher National programmes.

Alba’s Acting CEO Ali Al Baqali said: “As we prepare today for our transformation to become the world’s largest smelter, we also want to develop our workforce - through training and skills’ enhancement – to work more effectively and perform better.”
