Alba Honours Long-Serving Employees

The first ceremony was held on Thursday, June 14, 2012, the second was on the following week on Thursday, June 21, 2012 while the final ceremony was held on Sunday, June 24, 2012. Alba’s Chief Executive, Laurent Schmitt presented the awards to the employees, and present at the event were the Chairman of Alba Labour Union, Ali bin Ali, Human Resources Manager, Abdul Rahman Janahi and other Alba officials.
Commenting on the Long Service Award ceremony, the Chairman of the Alba Labour Union, Ali bin Ali said: “Alba’s workers have proved to be the most effective contributors to the success the company has accomplished in the past forty years. They have been instrumental in helping the company grow to be what it is, and as members of the Alba Labour Union we are proud to have played a supporting role in their professional growth. Alba is one of the biggest companies in Bahrain and is widely regarded as an employer of choice because of the incentives it provides and for the way it motivates employees to excel. We congratulate our members who have completed long years of service in the company and are confident that it is only the start of many more successes that they will achieve in the years to come.”
