A00 aluminium ingot price in China has continued to rise to exceed RMB 18,000 per tonne, found the Shanghai Metals Market. Data shows the price has surged by RMB 330 per tonne on Thursday, April 15, to come in at RMB 18,090 per tonne. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 18,070 per tonne and RMB 18,110 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 40-0 per tonne.
In Wuxi, A00 aluminium ingot price has gained RMB 325 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,090 per tonne, while the price in Gongyi and Tianjin has increased by RMB 320 per tonne to peg at RMB 17,930 per tonne and RMB 18,030 per tonne, respectively. In Foshan, Hangzhou, and Linyi, the primary aluminium ingot price has grown by RMB 310 per tonne to reach RMB 18,140 per tonne, RMB 18,105 per tonne, and RMB 17,990 per tonne, respectively. In Chongqing and Shenyang, A00 aluminium ingot price has climbed by RMB 260 per tonne and RMB 35 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,020 per tonne and RMB 17,750 per tonne.
Backed on the continuous rise in A00 aluminium ingot price, aluminium alloy (A356) price has increased by RMB 300 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,750 per tonne as of Thursday, April 15. The average prices are likely to range between RMB 18,700 per tonne and RMB 18,800 per tonne.
Aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price have grown by RMB 150 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,100 per tonne and RMB 19,100 per tonne, respectively.
