In an interview for “ALuminium China 2025 & Beyond” e-Magazine, Hydeb discussed this customer-centric innovation journey and the technologies driving the next phase of aluminium manufacturing.

AL Circle: Is your entire range of equipment integrated with automation and artificial intelligence? How do these technologies improve efficiency and performance in aluminium plants?

Jinan Hydeb: Yes, at Jinan Hydeb Thermal Tech Co., Ltd, we are at the forefront of integrating automation and artificial intelligence into our entire range of equipment. Automation is a key aspect of our product design philosophy. For instance, ourremote – controlled trolley system is a prime example of how we’ve harnessed automation to improve operational efficiency. With the ability to remotely move the trolley to the furnace front, operators can perform tasks from a safe distance, reducing the risk of accidents and improving the speed of material handling. Moreover, our equipment can communicate with the furnace to carry out the automatically degassing and fluxing processes. This seamless integration of automation not only reduces human error but also optimises the use of resources. By precisely controlling the degassing and fluxing, we can ensure a more consistent quality of the aluminium product. 

Artificial intelligence, on the other hand, plays a crucial role in predictive maintenance. Our AI-enabled systems can analyse data from various sensors installed on the equipment, predicting potential failures before they occur. This allows for proactive maintenance, minimising downtime and saving costs associated with unexpected breakdowns. In an aluminium plant, where continuous production is essential, these technologies significantly enhance overall efficiency and performance, enabling plants to produce more high - quality aluminium with less waste and lower operational costs. 

AL Circle: With the rising global emphasis on recycled aluminium, how is the market responding to your recycling equipment offerings? 

Jinan Hydeb: The global focus on recycled aluminium has been steadily increasing in recent years, driven by environmental concerns and the need for sustainable resource management. 

In response to this trend, we at Jinan Hydeb Thermal Tech Co., Ltd have developed a comprehensive range of recycling equipment, and the market response has been extremely positive. 

More and more customers are setting up new recycling lines to meet the growing demand for recycled aluminium. This has led to a significant increase in the requirements for our degassing and filtration box units. Our degassing units are designed to remove impurities and gases from the recycled aluminium melt, ensuring that the final product meets high - quality standards. The filtration box units, on the other hand, effectively filter out solid particles, further enhancing the purity of the recycled aluminium. 

Customers appreciate the reliability and efficiency of our recycling equipment. They have reported increased productivity, reduced waste, and improved product quality after implementing our solutions. For example, some of our clients in the automotive industry, which has a high demand for recycled aluminium for lightweight components, have seen a notable improvement in the performance of their recycled aluminium products, thanks to our equipment. This positive feedback has not only led to repeat business but also has attracted new customers, as word - of - mouth recommendations spread in the industry.

AL Circle: Please share about your latest innovations in equipment? Are there any breakthrough technologies you plan to introduce this year? 

Jinan Hydeb: We are constantly striving for innovation at Jinan Hydeb Thermal Tech Co., Ltd, and our latest developments in equipment are a testament to our commitment. One of our recent innovations is the anti - block actions incorporated into our equipment. In aluminium processing, blockages can occur due to the nature of the materials being handled, which can disrupt production. Our new anti - block mechanisms prevent such disruptions, ensuring a smooth and continuous production process. 

Another innovation is the addition of a vibration device for feeding flux. This vibration device ensures a more even and consistent flow of flux into the aluminium melt, enhancing the effectiveness of the fluxing process. As a result, we’ve seen improvements in the quality of the aluminium product, with reduced impurities and better surface finish. 

Looking ahead, we are excited to introduce our HDR - 2XXX series rotary flux injector units as a breakthrough technology this year. These units represent a significant leap forward in flux injection technology. They offer higher precision in flux distribution, which is crucial for achieving optimal aluminium quality. The HDR - 2XXX series is designed with advanced materials and intelligent control systems, enabling it to handle a wide range of aluminium processing requirements. We believe that this new technology will set a new standard in the industry and further strengthen our position as an innovation leader.
