Founded in 2017 in Foshan, Chu da Machinery has evolved from traditional aluminium processing equipment to advanced CNC systems tailored for rail transit and automotive sectors. With a strong R&D focus, the company now offers smart, high-precision CNC machines and comprehensive service solutions across China and beyond. In an interview for ALuminium China 2025 & Beyond, Chuda discussed its CNC transformation journey and future growth plans.
AL Circle: What are the standout features of your machinery and how do they help aluminium producers enhance operational efficiency and productivity?
Chuda: The key advantage of Chuda’s CNC equipment lies in its minimal tail stock precision cutting technology. By utilising a three-axis structure, our system intelligently bypasses the end plate, allowing the servo mechanism to directly feed the remnant section into the cutting position. This innovation reduces material waste, saves time, and maintains high precision— significantly boosting efficiency for aluminium producers.
AL Circle: Does your machinery have the capability to automate production processes and minimise downtime?
Chuda: Consistent with our commitment to workforce efficiency through automation, our equipment incorporates operator-centric automation designs. Crucially, we implement multi-tiered safety interventions – including automatic safety interlocks and emergency stop systems. This dual approach:
• Safeguards personnel and machinery integrity,
• Reduces raw material waste thus maintaining continuous production flow.
AL Circle: Beyond China, which regions currently generate the highest demand for your CNC equipment? Are there any new international markets you’re targeting for expansion this year?
Chuda: 1. Domestic Strongholds:
Dongguan, Guangdong: As of May 2025, we’ve served 1,500+ clients in this manufacturing hub.
Anhui, Shandong, Tianjin, and the Yangtze River Delta (JiangsuZhejiang-Shanghai): Over 3,000 cumulative clients in these industrial zones.
2. Global Expansion:
Since 2024, Chuda has actively pursued internationalisation, focusing on deep market penetration for our high-end CNC cutting systems. Currently, our equipment serves emerging Asian industrial markets like Vietnam and South Korea, delivering fully automated, precision cutting solutions for aluminum profiles, NEV (New Energy Vehicle) components, and more.
Compliance & Support: All exported machines meet international safety standards and feature:
•Multilingual smart operating interfaces
•Localised technical service teams to maximise client productivity
