Abrasive Grade Lightly Calcined bauxite:-We offer lightly Calcined bauxite in lumps for further use by Brown Fused Alumina producers. There are also used for other allied usage like Petroleum pipeline cleaning etc. we calcine them at 1000-1050 degrees. It ensures conversion in alpha alumina and reduction in LoI. Typical composition would be:
Rotary Kiln Abrasive Grade Calcined Bauxite Grade:- A Grade:- B
Al2o3 % 80 - 84 % 72 – 78 %
Fe2o3 % 5 – 7 % 10 – 14 %
Cao % Less than 1% Less than 1 %
L O I Max 1 - 2% Max 1 - 2%
