A00 aluminium ingot price has surged by RMB 300 per tonne, resting at RMB 19,060 per tonne, as the Shanghai Metals Market recorded on Tuesday, December 27. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 19,040 per tonne and RMB 19,080 per tonne, with spot contracts trading at premium prices of RMB 100 per tonne and RMB 60 per tonne.
The provinces in China have experienced the pleasure of escalating prices, with the aluminium price rising the highest in Foshan by RMB 310 per tonne, closing at RMB 19,090 per tonne, followed by RMB 300 per tonne spike in Hangzhou to clock at RMB 19,090 per tonne as well. In Chongqing, the price of aluminium has levitated by RMB 290 per tonne to halt at RMB 19,070 per tonne. Wuxi and Shenyang have witnessed increasing prices today, closing at RMB 19,010 per tonne each, with a hike of RMB 260 per tonne, respectively. In Tianjin, the price of aluminium has jumped by RMB 250 per tonne, officially settling at RMB 19,030 per tonne. In Gongyi, the price of aluminium has gained RMB 240 per tonne, stopping at RMB 18,860 per tonne, while the price of aluminium in Linyi has soared by RMB 220 per tonne, resting at RMB 19,010 per tonne.
The price of low-carbon aluminium in China has lost RMB 48 per tonne, closing at RMB 19,369 per tonne.
The prices of high-purity aluminium (99.99%) and high-purity aluminium (99.996%) have heightened by RMB 300 per tonne to officially close at RMB 27,100 per tonne and RMB 28,100 per tonne.
The price of aluminium alloy (A365) has scored RMB 300 per tonne to rest at RMB 20,250 per tonne, while the prices of aluminium alloys (ADC12) and aluminium alloy (A380) have trekked upwards by RMB 100 per tonne, closing at RMB 19,400 per tonne and RMB 20,400 per tonne.
The price of aluminium powder in China has escalated by RMB 0.30 per kg to halt at RMB 20.70 per kg, with average prices hovering between RMB 20.60 per kg and RMB 20.80 per kg.
