
As per the US Geological Survey, the United States exported 4,530 tonnes of US aluminium scrap in November to Russia. On a month-on-month scale, there was a hike of 1,230 per tonne or 37.27%. In October 2021, 3,300 tonnes of US aluminium scrap was exported to Russia, showing a slump of 40 tonnes from 3,340 tonnes in September 2021.

On a year-on-year calculation, US aluminium scrap exported to Russia in November 2021 dropped by 2,810 tonnes or 38.28% from 7,340 tonnes in November 2020.
From January to November, the exported aluminium scrap to Russia settled at 50,400 tonnes. For the same period last year, the amount scored at 28,800 tonnes.
Based on the data from the USGS, the total amount of plates, sheets, bars, crude metals and alloys, and scrap, exported to Russia for November 2021 pegged at 4,540 tonnes, highlighting a year-on-year descend of 2,810 tonnes. The total amount for November 2020 totalled at 7,350 tonnes.
