
According to the US Geological Survey (USGS), the United States exported 7,370 tonnes of US aluminium scrap to Indonesia in September 2021, showing a month-on-month hike of 170 tonnes or by 2.36 percent. In August 2021, 7,200 tonnes of US aluminium scrap was exported to Indonesia, showing a slip of 1,810 tonnes from 5,390 tonnes in July 2021.

On a year-on-year calculation, US aluminium scrap exported to Indonesia in September 2021 sloped down by 1,410 tonnes or by 16.05 percent from 8,780 tonnes.
From January to September, the exported aluminium scrap to Indonesia closed at 55,000 tonnes. For the same period last year, the amount settled at 75,900 tonnes.

As per the data shared by the USGS, the total amount of aluminium plates, sheets, bars, crude metals and alloys, and scrap, exported to Indonesia in September in 2021 totalled at 7,370 tonnes, showing a year-on-year decrease of 1,420 tonnes. The total amount recorded for September 2021 stood at 7,370 tonnes.
