US aluminium plates, sheets, and bars import from Oman hikes by 29.50% Y-o-Y in September 2021
According to the US Geological Survey (USGS), the US imported 6,380 tonnes of US aluminium plates, sheets and bars from Oman in September 2021, showing a month-on-month decrease of 2,670 tonnes or by 29.50 percent. In August 2021, 9,050 tonnes of US aluminium plates, sheets, and bars were imported from Oman, showing descend of 330 tonnes from 8,720 tonnes in July 2021.
On a year-on-year calculation, US aluminium plates, sheets, and bars imported from Oman in September 2021 hiked by 3,200 tonnes or by 100.62 percent from 3,180 tonnes.
From January to September, the imported aluminium plates, sheets, and bars from Oman totalled at 66,600 tonnes. For the same period last year, the amount registered at 46,200 tonnes.
As per the data shared by the USGS, the total amount of aluminium plates, sheets, bars, crude metals and alloys, and scrap, imported from Oman in September 2021 closed at 6,380 tonnes, showing a year-on-year slump of 3,200 tonnes. The total amount recorded for September 2021 settled at 6,380 tonnes.
