
On Tuesday, July 19, the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative announced the joining of Triangle's Cycling Equipments as its new Industrial User member. Triangle's aspires to be a model business and a pioneer in the development and production of aluminium bicycle frames at the European level. It is the first factory in the world to manufacture aluminium bicycle frames using robots.

It invests in innovative technology from the standpoint of sustainable development, with a significant emphasis on satisfying the requirements and expectations of customers and other important stakeholders. The business has innovative equipment designed specifically for transforming aluminium, with the totally robotic welding process standing out.
“Triangle’s is an aluminum e-bike frame manufacturer. Our raw material is 100% aluminum. We want to be the best in class to assure sustainable ways of production from our suppliers to our customers,” said Luís Pedro, General Manager at Triangle's.
The business has cutting-edge equipment designed specifically for transforming aluminium, with the robotic welding process standing out. Triangle's was established in 2015, and a production facility with 20,000 square metres of covered space was installed.
