The US Aluminium scrap export to Malaysia is riding high from May’19 – Oct’19
The US aluminium scrap export to Malaysia has been riding high from May-Oct’19 with total export volume stood at 158,200 tonnes.
The aluminium scrap export to Malaysia in May’19 was recorded at 20,200 tonnes, whereas in June’19 it stood at 21,400 tonnes, a rise of 5.88%, with more than 1200 tones.
The month of July’19 showed a bit de-growth by 7.47%, with a total volume of export accounted for 19,800 tonnes, a deficit by volume of 1600 tonnes.
Again in August’19, the US export of aluminium scrap stood at 25,800 tonnes, a rise by 30.30% and the excess volume stood at 6000 tonnes.
The scrap export in September’19 stood at 30,900 tonnes, with an increase in volume by 5,100 tonnes, a growth by 19.76% from the preceding month. The aluminium scrap export market to Malaysia in August’19 & September’19 showed a good development by 30.30% & 19.76% consecutive growth.
In October’19, there was a steep growth in the aluminium scrap export to Malaysia which was recorded at 40,100 tonnes, a rise by 29.77% and in excess volume over of 9200 tonnes from the previous month.
The total scrap export for the month of Sept’18 & Oct’18 was recorded 32,600 tonnes and in the same phase in 2019, it stood at 71,000 tonnes. Rise by 54% and in volume by 38,400 tonnes.
