The average daily production stood at 3,060 tonnes, essentially unchanged from that in March 2020 and April 2019, but 30% more than that in April 2018. Total aluminium recovered from scrap was 246,000 tonnes in April 2020, 12% less than the amount in March 2020, 15% less than the amount in April 2019, and 20% less than that in April 2018.
