To systematically build a new ecosystem for the green development of the aluminium casting alloy industry and help enterprises accurately connect with high-quality supply chain resources, SMM officially launched the SMM 2027 Low-Carbon Aluminium Casting Alloy Enterprise Distribution Map .
This map will provide a panoramic view of the structure of China's low-carbon aluminium casting alloy industry, focusing on key data such as regional distribution of enterprises, major products, low-carbon certification qualifications, and annual capacity scale, forming an authoritative platform for industry resource comparison.
SMM Shanghai Metals Market hereby invites upstream and downstream stakeholders to jointly participate in the development and promotion of this map. We welcome partners from all sectors to join and support this initiative to promote the high-tech, smart, and green development of the aluminium casting alloys industry!

The system is designed to remove ferromagnetic materials, non-metals, light metals, and heavy metals from aluminium scrap, bringing the scrap to smelting grade. Ferrosilicon is used as a separating medium, ensuring precise sorting and easy media regeneration. The system utilises PLC and touchscreen control. A central control room manages the entire system, ensuring ease of use, reliable operation, and a consistent final product composition. Annual capacity ranges from 50,000 to 200,000 tonnes, with impurity removal rates exceeding 99 per cent for all contaminants.
The key process is an intelligent aluminium scrap sorting line

The system is designed to remove ferromagnetic materials, non-metals, heavy metals, and other impurities from aluminium scrap, making it suitable for smelting. The production line primarily consists of a drum screen, an eddy current separator, and an intelligent metal recycling sorting machine. It operates fully automatically, with dry pre-sorting, waste rejection, and grade upgrading. It is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Annual capacity ranges from 50,000 to 200,000 tonnes, with impurity removal rates exceeding 99 per cent for all types of impurities.
Key products

Eddy current separator
Removes metallic impurities from materials including but not limited to highly magnetic metals (iron), weakly magnetic metals (alloys, weakly magnetic stainless steel), non-magnetic metals (non-magnetic stainless steel) and non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminium).
