Prebaked anode price in Southwest China down by RMB 35/t; A00 ingot prices rise across all markets

Prebaked anode price in Southwest China market has edged lower by RMB 35 per tonne. As on Tuesday, 03 September 2019, prebaked anode price ranged at RMB 3380-3650 per tonne; the average price stood at RMB 3515 per tonne, down from its previous price of RMB 3550 per tonne.

The average prices of prebaked anode in East, Central, and Northwest China markets remain unchanged at RMB 3112.50 per tonne, RMB 3172.50 per tonne, and RMB 3600 per tonne respectively.

The average prices for A00 Aluminium Ingot for all major Chinese markets have registered an increase on September 3. A00 aluminium ingot price is up by RMB 80 per tonne from its earlier price to RMB14390 per tonne today. The average price is expected to move within a range of RMB14370-14410 per tonne. Spot aluminium price is likely to be traded at a discount of RMB 20 per tonne to a premium of RMB 60 per tonne.

In Foshan and Wuxi, aluminium ingot prices have increased by RMB 90 per tonne and RMB 50 per tonne to stand at RMB 14450 per tonne and RMB 14390 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range within RMB 14430- 14470 per tonne and RMB 14380- 14400 per tonne. Aluminium price in Hangzhou is up RMB 60 per tonne at RMB 14400 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Chongqing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi, and Gongyi stand at RMB 14420 per tonne, RMB 14370 per tonne, RMB 14370 per tonne, RMB 14390 per tonne and RMB 14300 per tonne.

Aluminium Alloy (A356) price has increased to RMB 15050 per tonne and is expected to move within a range of RMB 15000- 15100 per tonne.
