Prebaked anode price in Southwest China climbs by RMB 110/t; Aluminium price jumps to a record high

Prebaked anode price in Southwest China market has climbed by RMB 110 per tonne after remaining restrained at RMB 4282.5 per tonne since April 2. The price stands at RMB 4392.5 per tonne on Friday, 07 May 2021. It is likely to range at RMB 4245-4540 per tonne.

Northwest China’s prebaked anode prices has also risen by RMB 110 per tonne to stand at RMB 4520 per tonne on Friday, 07 May 2021. Prebaked anode prices in East China and Central China have remained unchanged at RMB 4397.5 per tonne and RMB 4220 per tonne respectively.

SMM aluminium ingot price has registered a hike for the fourth day in a row. The price has jumped by RMB 540 per tonne to a record RMB 19690 per tonne on Friday, 07 May 2021. The average price is expected to range between RMB 19670 per tonne and RMB 19710 per tonne.

The aluminium alloys (ADC12) price stands at RMB 19000 per tonne, a growth of RMB 350 per tonne. The price is expected to range at RMB 18900-19100 per tonne. The prices of aluminium alloys in East, South and Southwest stand at RMB 19000 per tonne, RMB 18750 per tonne and RMB 18800 per tonne, an increase of RMB 350 per tonne each.

Aluminium alloys (A356) and Aluminium alloy (A380) have come in at RMB 20350 per tonne and RMB 20000 per tonne, up by RMB 500 per tonne and RMB 350 per tonne.
