Nov 9, 2009...Pavilion Energy Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PVRE) is pleased to announce that its Texas Wind Power JV has proposed to buy or joint venture into a mothballed aluminum smelter in Texas, which previously produced $700 million per year of aluminum from imported alumina.
