Glew's journey with Ball Packaging began in 2020 after an extensive 23-year tenure at Procter & Gamble, where she held various sales and marketing management positions. Armed with a PhD in chemistry and additional studies in managerial finance from the London School of Economics, Glew brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.

During her previous tenure as commercial VP for the EMEA region, Glew outlined the company's ambitious objectives to achieve net zero emissions by 2040 at The Canmaker Summit 2023. Her strategic plan aimed to realize this goal by 2050, demonstrating her commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
