
Kaiser Aluminum Corporation, a leading producer of semi-fabricated specialty aluminium products, serving customers worldwide with highly engineered solutions for aerospace and high-strength, general engineering, and custom automotive and industrial applications, announced that Jack A. Hockema, who has worked as Chief Executive Officer since October 2001 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2006, will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer effective as of July 31, 2020.
Mr. Hockema will remain on the Company’s Board of Directors as Executive Chairman.

Keith A. Harvey, who has served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer since December 2015, will be the next Chief Executive Officer as well as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
“Keith has had an integral role in driving our strategy and growth over the years and, as President and Chief Operating Officer, he has played an important leadership role at Kaiser Aluminum, building a strong operational and commercial team and creating a multi-disciplined leadership development program to ensure consistency of our culture and strategic direction. Keith is well respected within the organization, and I am confident in his ability to lead the Company,” said Mr. Hockema.

Mr. Harvey joined the Company in 1981 as an industrial engineer at the Company’s former rolling mill in West Virginia. He subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering and sales at several Kaiser Aluminum locations.
