The latest panel, made of an internal profiled aluminium board, offers a sustainable cladding option owing to using aluminium. When it recycles, it will consume 95 per cent less energy than other primary metals. Due to this factor, coupled with exceptional corrosion resistance, Nucleo® is an excellent eco-friendly choice.

Sustainability is HVG Façades’ core business objective, for which the company always strives to make its products environment-friendly. HVG Façades’ products also offer long-life performance, low maintenance and extreme durability.

Since made of aluminium, Nucleo® is a lightweight, ultra-flat exterior panel suited to most building designs and constructions. For having no polymer in its core, the panel is deemed to satisfy non-combustible as per the National Construction Code (NCC 2022).

“We’re excited about offering another premium, non-combustible exterior panel to the market,” HVG Facades’ general manager Stephen Dorrofield said. “Nucleo completes our already popular and comprehensive range.”

Sustainability in the Global Aluminium Industry

For being sleek and lightweight, Nucleo is easy to handle and install while also reducing overall construction costs. The range comes in several colours, offering excellent UV protection and colour retention as its outer layers are coil-coated in a superior PVDF architectural paint finish.

The product has 15-year warranty and capability to survive extreme conditions of the Australian environment.

Aluminium is gradually penetrating the building & construction industry to secure sustainability in the sector.
