Electricity Subsidization for Montenegro's KAP cancels Government's termination decision

Further subsidization of electricity for the Aluminium Plant Podgorica (KAP) would cancel Government of Montenegro's decision on termination of Agreement with the Russian partner and initiation of investigation of KAP's operation and spending of the loan the Government guaranteed for, said the Movement for Changes (PzP).
The PzP President Nebojsa Medojevic said that it was the reason why the announced criminal proceedings would not be instigated and the state interest would not be protected.
