China’s aluminium price declines by RMB 40/t; Aluminium Alloy (A356) stands at RMB15550/t

SMM aluminium ingot price has registered a drop for the three days in a row. As of Thursday, 28 January 2021, the price now stands at RMB 14870 per tonne, representing a decline of RMB 40 per tonne from Wednesday’s price of 14910 per tonne. The price is expected to range at RMB 14850-14890 per tonne.

In Foshan and Wuxi, the price has reduced by RMB 50 per tonne each to stand at RMB 14810 per tonne and RMB 14860 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range within RMB 14790-14830 per tonne and RMB 14850-14870 per tonne. Aluminium prices in Hangzhou and Chongqing stand at RMB 14910 per tonne and RMB 14830 per tonne, down RMB 40 per tonne and RMB 30 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi and Gongyi stand at RMB 14920 per tonne, RMB 14920 per tonne, RMB 14930 per tonne and RMB 14760 per tonne as of Thursday, 28 January 2021, down RMB 30 per tonne, RMB 40 per tonne, RMB 70 per tonne and RMB 40 per tonne.

The price of Aluminium Alloy (A356) has decreased RMB50 per tonne to range at RMB15500-15600 per tonne as on January 28. Aluminium Alloy (A356) price stands at RMB15550 per tonne.
