China’s aluminium ingot price edges higher by RMB 150/t; Aluminium Alloy (A356) stands at RMB 18300/t

SMM aluminium ingot price has edged higher by RMB 150 per tonne to stand at RMB 17580 per tonne on Thursday, 04 March 2021, from its previous price of RMB 17430 per tonne on March 3. This marks the second consecutive hike in aluminium price. The price is expected to range at RMB 17560-17600 per tonne.

In Foshan and Wuxi, the price has risen by RMB 150 per tonne and RMB 155 per tonne to stand at RMB 17580 per tonne and 17570 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range within RMB 17560-17600 per tonne and RMB 17560-17580 per tonne. Aluminium prices in Hangzhou and Chongqing have come in at RMB 17610 per tonne and 17570 per tonne, up RMB 175 per tonne and RMB 170 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi, and Gongyi have increased to stand at RMB 17555 per tonne, RMB 17540 per tonne, RMB 17530 per tonne, and RMB 17380 per tonne.

Aluminium Alloy (A356) price is up by RMB 150 per tonne to RMB 18300 per tonne and is expected to move within a range of RMB 18250- 18350 per tonne. The prices of aluminium alloy (ZLD102) and aluminium alloy (ZLD104) stand at RMB 18150 per tonne each, up RMB 150 per tonne each.
