
A00 aluminium ingot price in China has extended its growth by RMB 260 per tonne to come in at RMB 18,770 per tonne on Wednesday, June 23, found the Shanghai Metals Market. On Tuesday, June 22, the price stood at RMB 18,510 per tonne, reflecting an increase of RMB 130 per tonne. The average prices today are expected to range between RMB 18,750 per tonne and RMB 18,790 per tonne, with spot contract to be traded at a premium price of RMB 10-30 per tonne.

In Linyi, A00 aluminium ingot price has surged by RMB 270 per tonne to close at RMB 18,780 per tonne, followed by the increase of RMB 265 per tonne and RMB 260 per tonne to come in at RMB 18,775 per tonne and RMB 18,750 per tonne, respectively. In Hangzhou and Chongqing, primary aluminium ingot price has hiked by RMB 255 per tonne and RMB 250 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,785 per tonne and RMB 18,800 per tonne. In Shenyang and Gongyi, A00 aluminium ingot price has built-up by RMB 240 per tonne and RMB 210 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,750 per tonne and RMB 18,710 per tonne, respectively.
Aluminium alloy (A356) price has continued to increase by RMB 200 per tonne to come in at RMB 19,350 per tonne. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 19,300 per tonne and RMB 19,400 per tonne.
Aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price have, however, remained restrained at RMB 18,300 per tonne and RMB 19,300 per tonne, respectively.
Among primary aluminium input costs, aluminium powder price has inched up by RMB 0.30 per kg to settle at RMB 22.35 per kg. The average prices are expected to range between RMB 22.30 per kg and RMB 22.40 per kg.
