So, this prestigious recognition is to celebrate BALCO’s unparalleled value as a brand, its innovativeness, and the ability to deliver the best quality products and services to consumers and channel partners.

The conferring of this recognition also represents the strong positioning of BALCO’s reputation in the ever-challenging business environment. BALCO is owned 49 per cent by the Government of India and 51 per cent by Vedanta Limited.
BALCO with its world-class smelter and power plants fulfils its mission of spurring emerging applications of Aluminium as the ‘Metal of the Future’ for a greener tomorrow. The brand’s Korba plant operates a 0.57 million tonne per annum aluminium smelter and is a leader in value-added products that find critical use in core industries.
