Infrastructure and Facilities

BAAPL Ltd. boasts three skelner furnaces, each with impressive capacities of 5 MT, 7 MT, and 10 MT per heat, respectively. With a combined monthly production capacity of 1200 MT, these furnaces form the backbone of the plant's operations. To refine aluminium scrap into high-quality deoxidizing agents such as notched bars, shots, and cubes, BAAPL Ltd. employs pot furnaces capable of melting 500 kg per heat. These furnaces play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the purity and integrity of the final products.

Utilizing cutting-edge technology, BAAPL Ltd. employs a spectrometer instrument powered by argon gas.
