Anti-dumping measure affects aluminium product exports in China, SMM Says
<p>According to a report published by Shanghai Metals Market, anti-dumping measures have affected the overseas export orders in China. Recently, aluminium processors told SMM that the measures against China have started affecting their export orders.</p> <p><img style="vertical-align: middle; display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="http://www.alcircle.com/uploads/images/aluminium-foil-11.jpg" alt="news" width="365" height="282" /></p> <p>Zhejiang Zhongjin Aluminum, manufacturer and exporter of aluminium household foil, aluminium container foil and many more, is expecting a fall in its exports over 40 per cent in July, as reported.</p> <p>Luoyang Longding Aluminum is adjusting product portfolio and now focuses on domestic air-conditioner foil market in order to counter falling exports. &nbsp;China exported 460,000 tonnes of unwrought aluminium and aluminium semis in May, customs data revealed.</p> <p>{googleAdsense}</p> <p>In May this year, India&rsquo;s Finance Ministry imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty of up to USD 1.63 per kg on imports of aluminium foil from China to protect domestic manufacturers from cheap imports from China.</p> <p>Also, the United States Department of Commerce announced that it has launched a probe to determine whether Chinese aluminium foil imports by the U.S. should be subject to anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties.</p>
