Anderson Global declared a subsidiary of Wisconsin Aluminium Foundry

As of March 31, 2025, Wisconsin Aluminium Foundry, the leader in aluminium and copper-based alloy casting, has officially announced its strategic expansion plan by acquiring Anderson Global, based out of Michigan.

The acquisition intent of Wisconsin Aluminium Foundry is foremost to accelerate its internal capabilities alongside the other foundry facilities that are currently operating in North America. This shall further generate job opportunities and make further investments in advanced technologies and equipment to make the process of each foundry streamlined.

With over 40 years in the world of foundry, Anderson Global have successfully accumulated more than 50 journeymen machinists, superlative engineering talent and advanced machinery that help in producing high-precision and complex tooling. Combined efforts of both the acquiring and acquired organisations shall support in delivering the highest quality of machinery and tools, enhancing American manufacturing. 

Some of the other strategic expansions undertaken by the Wisconsin Aluminium Foundry include remodelling them with a total investment of USD 11 million in the New Markets Tax Credit for completion of the project. This investment would be pooled in from a US-based nonprofit organisation, Cinnaire. 

Anderson Global shall continue to operate as one of the standalone subsidiaries of Wisconsin Aluminium Foundry, with all its 80 employees retaining their positions but under the ownership of the newly formed parent company.
