AlCircle Expo 2021 Performance Card: Over 1000 attendees graced the event from 92 different countries

AlCircle is delighted to have hosted the “AlCircle Expo 2021” successfully on June 29 & 30 and is thankful for receiving enthusiastic responses from exhibitors, sponsors and attendees. It was a virtual event designed to bring aluminium industry leaders from the entire value chain under one roof. When travel is still a constraint, offering a platform suitable to expand business networks, learning new skills, and sharing success stories was our objective.

As we were also committed to offering a better experience this year, the event was driven by more advanced technology and digital tools, besides video calls, exchange of digital business cards, brochures, and product demos.

The Expo this year was graced by a total of 1,040 attendees from 92 different countries to interact and network with 40 exhibitors and 11 sponsors. Total business cards exchanged during the show were 1,809 and total business card pick-ups from exhibitor booths were 1,161. Average footfalls per booth were 124 and average time spent by an attendee was 2 hr 27 min. Total video viewership was 750, while total number of brochure downloads were 440.

To gauge audience experience, AlCircle collected attendee feedback post-event and we are enthralled to share that about 94 per cent of attendees found the event registration process hassle-free and 91 per cent found the standard of expo platform good. We are also excited to share that 90 per cent of attendees found networking tools at the event useful and 88 per cent of attendees found the quality of companies exhibiting at the event well.

The feedback shows that over 90 per cent of attendees will consider participating in the next AlCircle event and 88 per cent have found the overall standard of the show good. The attendee satisfaction score stands at 8.9.

Now coming to the exhibitor feedback, almost all exhibitors of the event found the pre-event information and correspondence good; and they also rated the standard of the event and networking tools available at the event well. The exhibitor satisfaction score stands at 8.5.
