Advance Joinery Group, one of the leading suppliers and installers of aluminium, timber and uPVC products, have recently announced the acquisition of Malvern Glass. Headquartered in Pontrilas, Advance Joinery Group has broadened its offerings to encompass uPVC and aluminium, alongside its esteemed bespoke timber range. The recent acquisition of Malvern Glass, established in 1979, marks a significant stride in Advance's local expansion efforts, signifying a pivotal milestone in its growth trajectory.
The Malvern Glass team is set to continue with its existing members while welcoming some new additions. The overarching goal is to enhance its outstanding reputation by introducing a complementary trade counter. This counter will offer products not only to tradespeople but also to the general public.
Moreover, Advance intends to replicate the successful strategies employed by its two other branches in Herefordshire and Kingsbridge, Devon. These strategies have proven effective, and the aim is to bring the same level of success to the Malvern Glass location.
"We are delighted to welcome Malvern Glass to the Advance Joinery Group. Both companies are committed to providing high-quality products and service, and we believe this acquisition will enable us to offer an even broader range of products to a wider customer base," said Andrew Buchanan, managing director at Advance.
As part of the acquisition plan, a strong ambition is to rebrand and introduce an expanded showroom. This showroom will showcase a wider array of products sourced from trusted suppliers. Customers of Advance, whether domestic or trade, will have the opportunity to explore this range of products. They can do so either at the Pontrilas head office or at the retail showrooms in Hereford and Kingsbridge. Soon, this experience will also be available at the newly relaunched Malvern location.
