A00 aluminium ingot price slips RMB 70/t; Aluminium Alloy (A356) price stands lower at RMB15500/t

A00 aluminium ingot price has edged lower by RMB 70 per tonne to stand at RMB 14890 per tonne on Wednesday, 21 October 2020, from its previous price of RMB 14960 per tonne on October 20. This marks the second consecutive drop in aluminium price. The price is expected to range at RMB 14870-14910 per tonne.

In Foshan and Wuxi, the price has decreased by RMB 10 per tonne and RMB 30 per tonne to stand at RMB 14880 per tonne and RMB 14910 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range within RMB 14860-14900 per tonne and RMB 14890-14930 per tonne. Aluminium prices in Hangzhou and Chongqing stand at RMB 14930 per tonne and RMB 14815 per tonne, down RMB 15 per tonne and RMB 115 per tonne.

Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, and Gongyi have dropped to stand at RMB 14855 per tonne, RMB 14890 per tonne, and RMB 14780 per tonne. But the price in Linyi has risen by RMB 40 per tonne to stand at RMB 14970 per tonne.

Aluminium Alloy (A356) price is down by RMB 50 per tonne to RMB 15500 per tonne and is expected to move within a range of RMB 15450- 15550 per tonne. The prices of aluminium alloy (ZLD102) and aluminium alloy (ZLD104) stand at RMB 15500 per tonne each, down RMB 100 per tonne each.
