A00 aluminium ingot price slips RMB 180/t; Prebaked anode spot price in Southwest China stands at RMB 3260/t
A00 aluminium ingot price slipped by RMB 180 per tonne from Tuesday’s price of RMB 14700 per tonne. The price now stood at RMB 14520 per tonne on Wednesday, 02 September 2020 and is expected to move within a range of RMB 14500-14540 per tonne.
In Foshan and Wuxi, the price inched down by RMB 190 per tonne and RMB 170 per tonne to stand at RMB 14570 per tonne and RMB 14520 per tonne. Their average prices are expected to range within RMB 14550-14590 per tonne and RMB 14500-14540 per tonne. Aluminium prices in Hangzhou and Chongqing came in at RMB 14530 per tonne and 14550 per tonne, down RMB 160 per tonne and RMB 90 per tonne.
Aluminium ingot prices in Shenyang, Tianjin, Linyi, and Gongyi have decreased to stand at RMB 14565 per tonne, RMB 14540 per tonne, RMB 14520 per tonne, and RMB 14385 per tonne.

The prebaked anode spot price in Southwest China has increased by RMB 50 per tonne to stand at RMB 3260 per tonne. The average price is expected to range at RMB 3090-3430 per tonne.
Australian alumina FOB price stands USD 6 per tonne lower after five days of restraint. The price stands at USD 278 per tonne.
