A00 aluminium ingot price in China grows by RMB70/t to RMB18,350/t; Average alumina spot price slips by RMB2/t

On Monday, November 7, A00 aluminium ingot price in China opened the week with a growth of RMB 70 per tonne to close at RMB 18,350 per tonne, with the average prices ranging between RMB 18,330 per tonne and RMB 18,370 per tonne. The spot contract price is expected to be traded at a premium price of RMB 10 to RMB 50 per tonne.
The price in Hangzhou went up by RMB 60 per tonne to peg at RMB 18,390 per tonne, followed by a growth of RMB 50 per tonne in Wuxi and Shenyang to close at RMB 18,340 per tonne and RMB 18,300 per tonne. In Chongqing, the A00 aluminium ingot price increased by RMB 40 per tonne to stand at RMB 18,550 per tonne, whereas in Linyi and Gongyi, the prices expanded by RMB 30 per tonne and RMB 20 per tonne to reside at RMB 18,430 per tonne, respectively. In Foshan, the price climbed up by RMB 10 per tonne to stop at RMB 18,610 per tonne. Only in Tianjin, the A00 aluminium ingot price has slipped by RMB 10 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,320 per tonne on the same day.
The average alumina spot price went down by RMB 2 per tonne to reach RMB 2,780 per tonne. In Henan and Guangxi, the prices slumped by RMB 5 per tonne to come in at RMB 2,875 per tonne and RMB 2,700 per tonne.

The high purity aluminium (99.99 %) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price surged by RMB 100 per tonne to halt at RMB 26,700 per tonne and RMB 27,700 per tonne.
The aluminium alloys (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price expanded by RMB 100 per tonne to clock at RMB 19,100 per tonne and RMB 20,100 per tonne. The average price for ADC12 is expected to stand between RMB 19,000 per tonne and RMB 19,200 per tonne. For aluminium alloy (A380), the average price is expected to range between RMB 20,000 per tonne and RMB 20,200 per tonne.
As per the SMM data, the aluminium alloy (A356) price closed at RMB 19,600 per tonne after witnessing an RMB 50 per tonne hike. The average price for the same is expected to orbit between RMB 19,500 per tonne and RMB 19,700 per tonne.
The Australian alumina FOB price inched down by US$1 per tonne to close at US$315 per tonne. On the same day, the domestic price of low carbon aluminium in China ascended by RMB 10 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,213 per tonne.
