Ferro Silicon

A manufacturer from China is looking for buyers of ferro silicon (FeSi). The product is available in FeSi72, FeSi75 and FeSi75 Low Al grades, with silicon content ranging from a minimum of 72% to 75%.

FeSi72 and FeSi75 are available with aluminium content up to 2.0% max, while FeSi75 Low Al is offered with aluminium levels of 1.0% max, 0.5% max and 0.1% max. The ferro silicon is available in sizes including 0-1 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-10 mm, 10-50 mm, 50-100 mm, 100 mesh, 200 mesh and 300 mesh.

The product is suitable for steelmaking, cast iron production and other metallurgical applications, where it can be used as a deoxidizing and alloying material, as an inoculant in cast iron production and for increasing silicon content.
