6063-T5 Aluminium Heat Sink Profile

A manufacturer in China is offering 6063-T5 Aluminium Heat Sink Profiles for thermal management applications in electrical, electronic and industrial equipment. Manufactured from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy, the profiles are available with parallel-fin, pin-fin and comb-fin cross-sections to suit different heat dissipation requirements.

The profiles have a specified fin thickness of ≥1.0 mm (minimum 0.8 mm), fin-height ratio of up to 20:1, thermal conductivity of ≥201 W/(m·K) and maximum length of 6.5 m. Surface treatment includes 10–15 µm anodising. CNC drilling, tapping and bending are also available for customised requirements.
