Thermal-Break Casement Window Aluminium Profile – 60 mm Frame

A manufacturer in China is offering Thermal-Break Casement Window Aluminium Profiles with a 60 mm frame for residential, commercial and institutional building applications. The JP60 system uses EN AW-6063-T5 aluminium extrusion with a 14.8 mm PA66-GF25 polyamide thermal-break strip and a three-seal frame configuration. The complete profile suite includes frame, sash, beading, mullion and adapter sections.

The profile has a 1.4–2.0 mm main load-bearing wall thickness, with 35 mm, 40 mm and 53 mm outer-face sight-line variants. It features a 51 mm glazing rebate, while the standard extrusion length is 6.00 m, with custom 5.85 m and 6.05 m lengths available.

The JP60 profile is suitable for residential towers, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, hotels and window replacement projects.
