
On Friday, March 11, A00 aluminium ingot price in China has ascended after a three-day consecutive fall to close above RMB 21,800 per tonne. According to the Shanghai Metals Market, the aluminium ingot price has gone up by RMB 380 per tonne to settle at RMB 21,880 per tonne. The average prices are likely to hover between RMB 21,860 per tonne and RMB 21,900 per tonne, with spot contract, traded at a premium price of RMB 50-10 per tonne.

The price in Shenyang and Tianjin has escalated by RMB 320 per tonne to close at RMB 21,860 per tonne. For the same day in Gongyi and Foshan, the price has augmented by RMB 340 per tonne and RMB 390 per tonne to record at RMB 21,860 per tonne and RMB 21,820 per tonne. Data shows that the price in Wuxi and Hangzhou has also elevated by RMB 385 per tonne and RMB 380 per tonne to come in at RMB 21,875 per tonne and RMB 21,880 per tonne. In Chongqing and Linyi, the price has shot up by RMB 370 per tonne and RMB 410 per tonne, to score at RMB 21,770 per tonne and RMB 22,010 per tonne.
Aluminium alloy (ADC12) price and aluminium alloy (A380) price has remained unchanged to total at RMB 22,400 per tonne and RMB 23,400 per tonne. However, the aluminium alloy (A356) price has soared by RMB 400 per tonne to close at RMB 23,500 tonnes. The average price is likely to orbit between RMB 23,400 per tonne and RMB 23,600 per tonne.

Among primary aluminium input, the average alumina spot price has remained unchanged to peg at RMB 2,975 per tonne. The price in Shandong and Henan has also remained restrained to register at RMB 2,975 per tonne and RMB 3,000 per tonne. In Shanxi, Guizhou and Guangxi, the price has shown no change to close at RMB 2,960 per tonne, RMB 2,965 per tonne and RMB 2,935 per tonne. In Lianyungang and Bayuquan, the price has stood the same total at RMB 3,125 per tonne and RMB 3,250 per tonne.
