Whittley Marine Group, a leading Australian trailer boat manufacturer and retailer, has broadened its lineup with the launch of the new Whittley AL Series, a range of aluminium boats that are now available at all five Whittley Boating Centre locations nationwide.

The AL Series features six compact aluminium boat, motor, and trailer (BMT) packages, each under 5.5 metres in length. Designed to offer budget-friendly, ready-to-launch options for Australian boating enthusiasts, the series includes a variety of popular styles such as bow riders, side consoles, centre consoles, runabouts, and open tiller steer models.
Whittley Marine Group’s General Manager, Brock Cohen, stated that the introduction of aluminium models supports the company’s strategic vision of delivering a comprehensive trailer boating experience encompassing sales, servicing, accessories, and now a wider variety of boat types.
The new AL Series enhances Whittley’s established fibreglass lineup, which includes the FF, CR, and SL ranges. With drive-away packages starting at $16,990 and up to just under $90,000, the aluminium range is designed to appeal to a broader market segment while upholding Whittley’s reputation for quality craftsmanship.
Each boat in the AL Series comes with a Dunbier trailer and is powered by a reliable Mercury or Honda four-stroke outboard engine. Standard features include a painted hull, full-length carpeted flooring, and front and rear rails, with select models offering the option of a bimini and folding sock for added comfort. Available in both plate and pressed alloy construction, all models are built to Whittley’s Super Tough Construction standards and are backed by a comprehensive three-year warranty.
