Automotive industry executive Vineet Sahni has joined Victura Group as Chief Executive Officer, a few weeks after stepping down as CEO and director of Fiem Industries.
{alcircleadd}Headquartered in Faridabad, Victura Group manufactures precision components, sub-assemblies and systems for automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in domestic and international markets. Its product portfolio includes sheet metal stampings, sheet frames, exhaust system components, forged and machined parts, pressure pipes, aluminium castings and other engineered products used in passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles and off-highway equipment.
Sahni brings more than two decades of experience in the automotive components industry. Over his career, he has held leadership positions at Fiem Industries, Lumax Group, Varroc Engineering and Minda Industries.
The group operates more than 20 manufacturing facilities and serves customers across the automotive, e-mobility, industrial and electronics sectors. It reported revenue of about INR 35 billion (USD 367.14 million) in FY25 and employs more than 8,000 people globally.
Before joining Victura, Sahni led Fiem Industries from May 2023 to June 2026. The company is a major supplier of automotive lighting systems in India, serving manufacturers in the two-wheeler and passenger vehicle segments.
Earlier in his career, Sahni served as Group CEO of Lumax Group and previously as CEO and Senior Executive Director of Lumax Industries.
During his nearly ten-year tenure at Minda Industries, Sahni headed the company’s lighting business and was involved in capacity expansion programmes and new projects for global vehicle manufacturers. At Varroc Engineering, he led the electrical division, overseeing businesses related to lighting systems, instrument clusters, ignition components and emission-control products. He also participated in international expansion initiatives and acquisitions.

Victura Group has manufacturing capabilities in stamping, tube and wire bending, forging, machining, aluminium casting and investment casting. The company supplies components to OEMs and suppliers in both domestic and export markets. Apart from automotive applications, its operations extend to railways, defence, electronics and e-mobility, where it produces motor components, rotor and stator assemblies, and die-cast products.
