ElementUS Minerals, LLC, a Dada Holding company, has announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with the partners of LAlumina to process bauxite residue located at LAlumina’s refinery in Burnside, Louisiana.
A joint venture formulated between Indonesian entities Aneka Tambang (Antam) and Inalum, most commonly known as Borneo Alumina Indonesia, might discard its plan of constructing an $831.5 million alumina refinery located at Mempawah Regency in the West Kalimantan Province of Borneo Island. This decision was taken due to prevailing disagreements between the contractors, as was reported by the director of MIND ID.

A JV agreement has been signed between Altech and Fraunhofer IKTS to commercialize the CERENERGY® sodium alumina solid-state battery technology. Altech Chemicals believes that CERENERGY® batteries are the revolutionary grid storage alternative to lithium-ion batteries. This agreement will enable the development of a 100MWh project on Altech's property in Schwarze Pumpe, Germany.
On September 13, Constellium SE declared it is providing aluminium Auto Body Sheet solutions for the Mercedes-Benz C-Class models manufactured in China, Europe or South Africa and exported globally for purchase.
