Three-month LME aluminium declined to stand at US$2,435/t; SHFE aluminium edged down 0.83%
Three-month LME aluminium lost 1.89% to settle at US$2,435 per tonne in the overnight trading. It is expected to trade between US$2,430-2,490 per tonne today.
As of Wednesday, June 2, LME aluminium cash (bid) price stands at US$ 2442 per tonne, LME official settlement price stands at US$ 2442 per tonne; 3-months bid price stands at US$ 2463 per tonne, 3-months offer price is US$ 2463 per tonne; Dec 22 bid price stands at US$ 2463.50 per tonne, and Dec 22 offer price stands at US$ 2463.50 per tonne.
The LME aluminium opening stock stood at 1683675 tonnes. Live Warrants totalled 1103875 tonnes, and Cancelled Warrants were 579800 tonnes.
LME aluminium 3-months Asian Reference Price is hovering at US$ 2464.01per tonne.
SHFE Aluminium Price Trend
Benchmark aluminium price for SHFE increased to stand at US$ 2914 per tonne on Thursday, June 3, 2021.
The most-liquid SHFE 2107 aluminium contract finished the day 0.83% lower at RMB18,605 per tonne on Wednesday. The most-liquid SHFE 2107 aluminium contract fell 1.12% to settle at RMB18,470 per tonne in the overnight trading. It is expected to trade between 18,350-18,800 today.
