The Best Building™ (TBB) solution is a start-up that provides solutions for civil construction using modular metal beams, slabs, and walls made of aluminium for quick, secure, and high-quality work. The company is creating a modular, reusable aluminium construction project that can be put together and taken apart several times.
Plaster or spackling paste can then be applied (to improve the quality) using either conventional paint or an industrial aluminium paint base. An aluminium wall may be built in ten times less time than drywall and three hundred times less time than bricks, concrete blocks, or ceramic tiles.
“The best building™ offers complete solutions for civil construction using technologies and software developed by the company itself, to improve productivity, production speed, costs and quality of services provided to customers and bringing safety to employees”, said Guidson Aguiar, the CEO of TBB and one of the creators of the innovation and engineer.
The production of aluminium walls is wholly based on the ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) process. It requires power produced within the plant, utilising up to 1000 times fewer environmental resources or greenhouse gases than blocks and bricks. Unlike these cutting-edge materials, drywall, concrete, and ceramic blocks consume gases or wood during manufacture, causing the release of greenhouse gases.
"With aluminum walls, blankets of re-industrialized material production, slabs and aluminum metal beams, it is possible execute civil construction projects with speed, safety and quality of execution”, added Aguiar.
"The product is highly scalable and salable for an increasingly demanding market. We are looking for investors to set up the factory. According to the projections made, the best place to produce and sell these products is the North American market. During the development process, TBB was a finalist in some investment rounds in startups and is accompanied by companies in the sector, which aim to leverage operations and act as business partners,” added Aguiar.
